Judiking Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the judiking platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the judiking platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you must refrain from using this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the judiking management team. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The judiking platform is available to users aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the judiking platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. judiking reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes (KYC) prior to processing withdrawals or in specific situations deemed necessary.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. judiking will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login details.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact judiking's support team immediately and change your password right away.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a judiking platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times:

  • Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.
  • Not to attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's systems or security in any way.
  • Not to use automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to interact with the platform.
  • Not to engage in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or promotion abuse, including but not limited to creating fake accounts to obtain bonuses.
  • Not to share your account with any other party or allow others to access your account.
  • Do not post or share defamatory, obscene, threatening, or offensive content in any part of the platform that allows user interaction.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure without compensation, and potential legal action where deemed appropriate.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the judiking platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is their own and is valid for use.

Judiking supports a range of deposit methods, including internet banking via FPX, e-wallets such as TNG and Boost, and major local banks. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change, and users are advised to check the latest information within the platform.

Withdrawals & Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are subject to specified conditions, including identity verification and fulfilment of any applicable rollover requirements for bonuses received. judiking reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests suspected of involving fraudulent activity or violations of these terms.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and the operating hours of the relevant bank. judiking is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as financial institutions or payment providers.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Judiking's Liability Limits

The judiking platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. judiking does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or service interruptions that may arise beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, judiking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activities.

Account Suspension and Closure

Judiking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • The account is found to be in violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Accounts linked to fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • The user provided false information during registration or verification.
  • Upon request by the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Third-Party Links

The judiking platform may contain links or references to third-party services. judiking is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on the judiking platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the property of judiking or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content without written authorisation from judiking.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Judiking reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion. Should a resolution not be reached, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
